Why Anthropic
Anthropic (the maker of Claude) is the AI lab built around safety and reliability, and it is certified to prove it: ISO/IEC 42001 (the first international standard for responsible AI management), ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II — verifiable in their public Trust Center. The latest Claude models are also simply the strongest at reading real-world trade documents, scans included.
Your documents are never training data
Anthropic's commercial terms state it contractually: customer content sent through the API is not used to train AI models. Your invoice is processed once, to produce your result — it does not make the AI smarter for anyone else, and it is not shared with any other party.
AVG / GDPR by design
Processing runs under a data processing agreement with EU Standard Contractual Clauses, encrypted in transit and at rest, with processing in a European region. Your files live in your own Nexportal environment; after the run we keep them only as long as you want your dossier kept — and deletion means deletion.
