Inbound that matches reality

Book goods in against the expected receipt, register carriers, cartons and pieces, photograph damage at the door — stock starts correct because intake is correct.

Live stock per customer

Stock by product, batch and location, with the full movement history. A customer portal where they'll see their own inventory is in development.

Orders & outbound

Order intake with soft-hold reservations, picking that actually deducts stock, and outbound documents generated from the data.

Value-added services

Labelling, repacking, set-building and other VAS registered on the stock they touch, so the bill matches the work.

Standalone or with the TMS

Run the WMS on its own for a pure warehouse operation, or linked to Nexportal TMS so a sea container flows from vessel to shelf in one system.

Warehouse tasks

From scan to task — full control over your warehouse

The WMS module has its own scan module: photos of the goods are saved directly on the dossier, so you record exactly what comes in and goes out the door. From the same module you send tasks straight to the warehouse floor — re-palletising, wrapping, loading vehicles, crossdocking, relocating a shipment.

We support order picking down to complex carrier structures: a carrier with boxes, a carrier with boxes containing products, or a carrier with loose product — including transferring from one pallet to another and creating a new carrier. If you run a bonded warehouse, Nexportal also tracks the outstanding balance of incoming T1s and/or placement documents, with the registration customs requires for your bonded-warehouse licence.

In development — a depot module for barging operators: storing and stacking containers and other equipment on an outdoor yard, with the same full control as the rest of the platform.
