Une réception conforme à la réalité

Réceptionnez la marchandise par rapport à la réception attendue, enregistrez supports, cartons et pièces, photographiez les dommages dès le quai — le stock démarre juste parce que l'entrée est juste.

Stock en temps réel par client

Stock par produit, lot et emplacement, avec l'historique complet des mouvements. Un portail client où ils verront bientôt leur propre inventaire est en développement.

Commandes et expédition

Prise de commande avec réservations en attente souple, préparation qui décrémente réellement le stock, et documents d'expédition générés à partir des données.

Services à valeur ajoutée

Étiquetage, reconditionnement, constitution de kits et autres VAS enregistrés sur le stock concerné, pour que la facture corresponde au travail réalisé.

Seul ou avec le TMS

Faites tourner le WMS seul pour une activité d'entreposage pure, ou relié au Nexportal TMS pour qu'un conteneur maritime circule du navire jusqu'à l'étagère dans un seul système.

Portail multilingue

Des accès client dans leur propre langue — anglais, néerlandais, allemand, français, chinois, japonais.

From scan to task — full control over your warehouse

The WMS module has its own scan module: photos of the goods are saved directly on the dossier, so you record exactly what comes in and goes out the door. From the same module you send tasks straight to the warehouse floor — re-palletising, wrapping, loading vehicles, crossdocking, relocating a shipment.

We support order picking down to complex carrier structures: a carrier with boxes, a carrier with boxes containing products, or a carrier with loose product — including transferring from one pallet to another and creating a new carrier. If you run a bonded warehouse, Nexportal also tracks the outstanding balance of incoming T1s and/or placement documents, with the registration customs requires for your bonded-warehouse licence.

In development — a depot module for barging operators: storing and stacking containers and other equipment on an outdoor yard, with the same full control as the rest of the platform.
