書類ではなく実際の貨物の流れを追う倉庫管理システムです。入荷、在庫、付加価値作業、出荷まで対応し、お客様向けポータルは開発中です。
現実と一致する入荷
予定された入荷予定に対して貨物を入庫し、運送会社・カートン・個数を登録し、入口で破損を撮影します。入庫が正確だからこそ、在庫も最初から正確です。
お客様ごとのリアルタイム在庫
製品・バッチ・ロケーション別の在庫を、移動履歴の全件とともに管理します。お客様がご自身の在庫を確認できるポータルは開発中です。
注文＆出荷
ソフトホールド引当による注文受付、実際に在庫を引き落とすピッキング、データから生成される出荷書類を備えています。
付加価値サービス
ラベリング、再梱包、セット組み立てなどの VAS を、それが関わる在庫に紐づけて登録します。これにより請求が実際の作業と一致します。
単独でも、TMS との連携でも
純粋な倉庫オペレーションには WMS を単独で運用できます。Nexportal TMS と連携すれば、海上コンテナが本船から棚まで一つのシステムで流れます。
多言語対応ポータル
お客様はそれぞれの言語でログインできます — 英語、オランダ語、ドイツ語、フランス語、中国語、日本語。
From scan to task — full control over your warehouse
The WMS module has its own scan module: photos of the goods are saved directly on the dossier, so you record exactly what comes in and goes out the door. From the same module you send tasks straight to the warehouse floor — re-palletising, wrapping, loading vehicles, crossdocking, relocating a shipment.
We support order picking down to complex carrier structures: a carrier with boxes, a carrier with boxes containing products, or a carrier with loose product — including transferring from one pallet to another and creating a new carrier. If you run a bonded warehouse, Nexportal also tracks the outstanding balance of incoming T1s and/or placement documents, with the registration customs requires for your bonded-warehouse licence.
