あらゆる輸送モードに対応した案件管理
海上（FCL・LCL・混載）、航空、陸送を一つの構造で管理します。コンテナ、貨物明細、危険物、輸送区間、マイルストーンはすべて案件上で管理され、傍らの表計算ソフトに分散することはありません。
見積り＆ブッキング
ブレークポイント料率とチャージコードを用いて見積りを作成し、承認された見積りをワンクリックで案件に変換し、ファイルからルーティングオーダーやブッキングを送信できます。
出荷ファイル内での通関
輸入・輸出申告、T1 通過、書類スロットが案件の中に収まり、通関業者とのやり取りも添付されます。通関だけが切り離されたサイロになることはありません。
案件上の書類とメール
B/L 指示書、到着案内、輸送指示書、CMR はデータから生成されます。メールボックスも連携しているため、すべてのメッセージが正しい出荷に届きます。
案件別の原価計算と請求
仕入請求、売上チャージ、案件ごとの利益を管理し、UBL による電子請求や会計ソフト向けのエクスポートにも対応します。
お客様のためのトラック＆トレース
お客様専用ポータルは開発中で、完成後は6言語でステータス、書類、マイルストーンを確認できるようになります。

Preset costs and margins per customer load automatically when quoting. As manager or owner, book overhead invoices directly in Nexportal, or approve them as an intermediate step — no separate system needed.
Power of attorney for direct, indirect or fiscal representation — signed digitally
Customs declarations require a signed power of attorney from your customer. With Nexportal you request it digitally and your customer signs without a printer, scanner or loose PDF attachment — linked directly to your customer, so you never need to request it again on the next dossier.
