海运（整箱、拼箱及拼柜）、空运和陆运统一在同一结构中管理。集装箱、货物明细、危险品、运输航段和节点都集中在业务档案里——而不是散落在旁边的表格中。

报价与订舱

用阶梯运价和费用代码生成报价单，一键将已确认的报价转为业务档案，并直接从档案中发出配载指令和订舱。

将清关纳入运单档案

进出口申报、T1 转关和单证位置都包含在业务档案内，并附上与报关行的往来邮件。再无独立的清关孤岛。

单证与邮件集中在业务档案

B/L 指令、到货通知、运输委托单和 CMR 均根据数据自动生成；邮箱已对接，每封邮件都会归入正确的运单。

按业务档案管理采购发票、销售费用和利润，支持 UBL 电子发票并可导出至您的财务软件。

Power of attorney for direct, indirect or fiscal representation — signed digitally

Customs declarations require a signed power of attorney from your customer. With Nexportal you request it digitally and your customer signs without a printer, scanner or loose PDF attachment — linked directly to your customer, so you never need to request it again on the next dossier.
